Our recruitment structures are needed to systematically run managerial systems. This allows us lay down fundamental framework for organizations we recruit for, which includes formation of plans policies, setting up of goals and objectives, enforcing of rules and regulations. We are responsible for a range of work stream, which also include Media relationship, Internal and external communications, government relations, public policy, corporate restructuring and determination of employees behavioral towards its management. We engage in negotiations, vis-a-vis the employer and the employee. We head Corporate Affairs of corporations. Hence, oversee administration and accounts for both major and minor projects initiated by our clients.
